Privacy policy
Effective from 1 September 2026.
This is a translation. In case of doubt, the Polish version prevails.
1. Data controller
The controller of personal data is Milanodoro Sp. z o.o., ul. Kochanowskiego 6b, 83-000 Pruszcz Gdański, Poland, Tax ID (NIP) 5842746398, email: sales@tri-d.pl.
2. What data we collect and why
- Contact form — full name, email, phone (optional), message content. Purpose: to respond to your enquiry and prepare an offer (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We keep the data for up to 12 months after the correspondence ends.
- Server logs — IP address, time of request, browser. Purpose: security and preventing abuse of the form (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The IP address from the form is stored as a hash for 1 hour.
- Account in the app.tri-d.pl configurator — rules described separately in the app.tri-d.pl terms of service.
3. Cookies
tri-d.pl uses only one technical session cookie (protecting the form against CSRF attacks). We do not use analytics or advertising tools, which is why we do not display a cookie consent banner.
4. Recipients of data
Data may be shared with our hosting provider (OVH SAS) and — if the enquiry requires it — with the manufacturer, Ceramika Paradyż Sp. z o.o., to check product availability. We do not sell data or transfer it outside the EEA.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. Send your request to sales@tri-d.pl. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), or with the supervisory authority in your country of residence.
